Yoga and mindfulness Wednesdays 5:30 pm

  • We will share in a community yoga practice on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-6:30 pm.  If this is your first time or 100th, I will meet you where your body is during each class. 

    The class focuses on accessible movement, breathwork, and mindfulness while incorporating elements of yoga philosophy. 

    Wear comfortable clothing; leggings are not a requirement, and pants/shorts that are easy to move in are preferred. 

    Bring an exercise mat, a blanket, a towel, or a cushion. I have a limited supply of extra mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and mini squishy mats to support your practice.

Self Care Sunday Yoga

  • Self Care Sunday comes once a month at Running Brook Farms!

    Classes are from 9:00-10:15 am to start the day’s events, which include mini tarot readings from the fabulous Lauren Mahana, mini Reiki sessions with Michael, and special treats and refreshments from Becky's herbal blends.

    In this Hatha yoga class, we focus on accessible movement and breathwork practices.

    Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and blanket.
