We invite you to explore movement, mindfulness, and breathwork practices that work best for the rhythms of your body.
Wear comfortable clothing; leggings are not a requirement, and pants/shorts that are easy to move in are preferred.
Bring an exercise mat, a blanket, a towel, or a cushion. I have a supply of extra mats, blocks, chairs, straps, blankets, and mini squishy mats to support your practice. First come, first serve availability.
