Join Megan, an experienced yoga teacher and Occupational Therapist, in a welcoming community yoga practice surrounded by the beautiful plants in the greenhouse. If this is your first class or 100th, I will meet you where your body is during each class. We invite you to explore movement, mindfulness, and breathwork practices that work best for the rhythms of your body.
Wear comfortable clothing; leggings are not a requirement, and pants/shorts that are easy to move in are preferred.
Bring an exercise mat, a blanket, a towel, or a cushion. I have a supply of extra mats, blocks, chairs, straps, blankets, and mini squishy mats to support your practice. First come, first serve availability.
Most classes are Tuesday nights keep an eye on the schedule though for additional special classes!

Join us for Anger Alchemy, a guided ceremonial space to safely explore, express, and transmute anger. Through somatic practices, ritual, and integration, you’ll be supported in reclaiming the wisdom your anger holds, and releasing what no longer serves.
This is not about staying stuck in rage. It’s about movingenergy, making space, and honoring your full spectrum of emotion.
