  • If you are curious what all the buzz is around Chakras or want to deepen your knowledge for self practice this class is for you.

    Nov 12th and 19th: 6:30-8 pm at the Salt Cave in Niantic, CT

    In this two part class you will dive into the Chakra system and how working with this energy can bring more balance into your life.

    Each student will also have a reading of their Chakras and leave with strategies to support their system.

    You Will Learn:

    We get into the science of stress, dive into the root cause, and come out victorious with restored energy on the other side.

    If anything this class provides you with a cozy blanket, a life raft, and soothing tea to concur another day. Just with less stress.

Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness - Holiday Edition Dec 17th

  • Dec 17th From 6:30-8pm Soothe and Nourish your senses with this restorative yoga and mindfulness class in the Salt Cave.
