These sessions are designed to provide specialized therapeutic care for those who dedicate themselves to caring for others. It’s time for the giver to receive.

I offer support to therapists, parents, coaches, healers, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare providers. Basically, if you’re in service to others, I am here to be of service to you. To help you do all the incredible things you do in a way that centers your care too. Together, we’ll focus on your health, resilience, rest, time, questions, nourishment, joy, and unique skills.

Receive holistic OT support tailored to nourish and guide you toward greater balance, ease, and impact. Each session meets you where you are, providing individualized training, acknowledgment, and care that truly sees you.

You may be eligible to use an HSA or request a Superbill. Sliding scale pricing is available. 3 month minimum commitment.
