I am your tour guide here while you explore holistic tools that work with you rather than against you. I am passionate about providing foundational support that nurtures you at the soul level. You, my love, are more powerful than you give yourself credit for. You have the incredible power to create positive changes in your life and in the lives of those around you. It all starts with you centering your own care.
Which is completely easier said in that short and sweet sentence than done. This is why I am here to support you in connecting to your own superpowers. To help you crush the barriers to your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health so that you can thrive while doing the incredible work you do rather than feel completely drained by it. With over a decade of experience in occupational therapy, coaching, holistic health, and energy medicine, I’m here to support you on your journey. My training in yoga and mindfulness spans all ages, with a focus on social justice and accessibility, ensuring that everyone feels seen and valued. Growing up in the hospitality industry taught me the importance of care, connection, and creating spaces where people feel supported. I’m always deepening my knowledge to bring you grounded, thoughtful, and holistic resources that nurture your health, wellness, and confidence.
