The focus is on practical tools and real-life strategies to help you feel more confident, balanced, and connected as a parent, while incorporating holistic modalities such as intuitive energy healing to reconnect with your soul self. This approach supports a deeper integration of how your daily activities and choices impact your overall well-being and life as a mom—without losing your authentic self. While much of this program provides therapeutic relief, this isn’t a replacement for therapy.

  • It’s normal to worry about falling off track—life happens, especially in motherhood. You’re not doing this alone; I’m here to support you, keep you on track, and help you integrate the program into your life. The program is flexible, and there are options to add extra time at the end of the 7 months if needed.
